Frankline B. Tshombe (she/her)

Olson MFT Clinic, Cedar Rapids, IA

Frankline holds a BA in Social Work and has experience in trauma informed care working as a child welfare social worker. She has worked with marginalized groups, children in the foster care system, and family systems battling with addiction. She has seen how trauma affects families and is passionate about creating generational change. Her clinical interests include attachment disorders, grief and loss, relational systems, and trauma work.


Monica Douglass (she/her)

Olson MFT Clinic, Cedar Rapids, IA

Monica holds degrees in Biology and Psychology with a collateral in Neuroscience and a minor in Chemistry. With this background, she is especially interested in the mind-body connection, and helping clients understand and harness the deep impact that your thoughts and feelings have on physical health, and vice versa. Her clinical interests include individual and relational therapy, the LGBTQ+ community, grief and loss, and body image.


Rosa Salazar (she/her)

Olson MFT Clinic, Cedar Rapids, IA

Rosa holds an Applied Arts in Psychology degree with a minor in Social Work. Rosa is a first-generation immigrant with Spanish as a first language. Rosa believes healthy individuals help to create healthy communities. Being an immigrant, Rosa has learned the challenges immigrants can experience and how this burden increases when they struggle to get access to mental health services. Her clinical interests include individuals, couples, families, and working with grief and loss.
